The modern Villas were built in 1997, and the neoclassic in 1998. All of them are airconditioned. There are small villas of 65m² for 4 persons with 2 rooms, livingroom, kitchen, WC, and big villas of 100m² for 6 persons with 3 rooms, living room, kitchen, WC, and a lovely garden with lawn.

All villas have a fireplace, Satellite TV, stereo, vacuum cleaner & hair dryer. Kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric oven, microwave along with all the necessary cutlery.

The cleaning service is every 2 days during the Low & Middle Seasons and dayly during the High Seasons. This includes the changing of the bed linen & towels. Soaps, shampoos and toilet papers are included.

There is a 24 hour doctor available at an extra cost. The telephone use is with an extra cost. Also, free internet wifi access is available
